CAP – Corporate Accomplishment Program

CAP or “Corporate Accomplishment Program” is an initiative by People Equity HR Consulting to address the skill gap between institutional training and corporate learning. It is basically a campus to corporate program where skills essential for growth and performance in organizations, but not necessarily delivered in educational institutions are identified and addressed. A complimentary program CAP is intended primarily for participants with no or negligible work experience; but is also open for experienced people who would like to identify and fill their skill gaps.
